Hi Carolyn, The stream is 20 yards away, and very low. It might just be audible, although outside at the moment I can’t hear it at all. Believe it or not, the background noise is just the dense chatter of loads of other birds in the background, as there was no wind at the time to carry it away and being valley the sound just seems to hang around.
